1.Measurement system
    Industrial control computer, 19-inch LCD display, Windows operating platform.
    Vertical balancing machines are equipped with our company's self-developed universal balancing measurement system. The universal software covers all the functions of the mainstream balancing machine software in China. The operation adopts the Chinese menu structure and the operation steps are prompted by text; large vertical balancing machines are equipped with vertical machine software with angle tracking function.
    Powerful performance of the measurement system: calibration of any workpiece, wide measurement speed range of 80 rpm to start measurement, fast measurement speed, stable amplitude and phase of unbalance, high weight removal rate, and high sensitivity.
    The software has an allowable unbalance calculator. The operator only needs to enter the allowable vibration accuracy level, mass, working speed, and radius of the workpiece and click to calculate to get the grams of the allowable residual unbalance of the workpiece.
    The software is completely independently developed and can be modified or added according to customer requirements.
2.Mechanical part and control
    The equipment adopts a casting base, a vertical bracket, a spindle seat and a support seat. The equipment has sufficient rigidity and stability. The overload capacity of the same model equipment is 20%.
    The spindle is made of 45# carbon structural steel. After forging, quenching and fine grinding, the axial and radial runout are within 0.01mm; and the spindle is thickened. Even if the unbalance of the workpiece exceeds 30000g*cm, the equipment can accurately measure it.
    The power transmission adopts a multi-V belt, which runs smoothly and the transmission is reliable, and has little effect on the balance measurement.
    The spindle is equipped with a synchronous rotating dial to facilitate the finding of the unbalance angle.
    The spindle adopts a hollow structure, and the lower end of the spindle can be connected to a rotating cylinder. The workpiece can be quickly clamped through a pull rod and a pneumatic chuck (or pneumatic tooling).
    The equipment is of reliable quality, adopts a variable frequency speed regulation system, and the soft start and soft stop of the motor have little impact on the equipment, which extends the service life of the equipment. The equipment can work continuously, and maintenance is simple and convenient.
