This comprehensive software encompasses all functions found in leading Chinese balancing machine software, featuring a user-friendly Chinese menu and step-by-step text prompts. For larger vertical machines, advanced software with angle tracking function is included.
The measurement system boasts extraordinary performance, offering calibration for any workpiece, an expansive measurement speed range starting as low as 80 rpm for precise measurement, stable unbalance amplitude and phase, high weight removal rate, and unmatched sensitivity.
Our sophisticated software includes an allowed unbalance calculator. By entering parameters like allowable vibration accuracy level, mass, working speed, and radius, the operator can effortlessly calculate the permissible residual unbalance in grams.
Crafted with complete independence, our software is flexible and customizable, allowing modifications or additions to meet specific customer requirements.
2. Superior Mechanical Part and Control
Crafted with a robust casting base, vertical bracket, spindle seat, and support seat, this equipment ensures exceptional rigidity and stability. The overload capacity is enhanced by 20% over similar models.
