Experience the measurement system's powerful performance: enabling calibration for any workpiece with a broad measurement speed range starting from 80 rpm, it ensures rapid measurement speeds with stable amplitude and phase of unbalance. Enjoy high weight removal rates and remarkable sensitivity.
The software includes an efficient allowable unbalance calculator. Simply input the allowable vibration accuracy level, mass, working speed, and workpiece radius, and with a click, receive the precise grams of allowable residual unbalance.
Developed with complete independence, the software is customizable, allowing modifications and additions tailored to meet customer-specific requirements.
2.Mechanical part and control
Crafted with a casting base, vertical bracket, spindle seat, and support seat, the equipment boasts exceptional rigidity and stability. The overload capacity for equipment of the same model is an impressive 20%.
Engineered from superior 45# carbon structural steel, the spindle undergoes forging, quenching, and fine grinding to achieve an axial and radial runout within a minuscule 0.01mm. Enhanced thickness enables precise measurements even for workpiece unbalance surpassing 30000g*cm.
The power transmission system employs a multi-V belt for smooth, reliable motion, ensuring minimal impact on balance measurement accuracy.
Fitted with a synchronous rotating dial, the spindle facilitates effortless identification of the unbalance angle, enhancing precision.
