Unleashing powerful performance, the measurement system swiftly calibrates any workpiece with a wide speed range starting at 80 rpm. It ensures quick measurements with a stable amplitude and phase, maximizes weight removal, and provides high sensitivity for impeccably precise results.
The software features an advanced allowable unbalance calculator. By simply inputting the vibration accuracy level, mass, working speed, and workpiece radius, operators can effortlessly determine the allowable residual unbalance in grams, streamlining the process.

2. Mechanical Part and Control
Constructed with a robust casting base, vertical bracket, spindle seat, and support seat, the equipment provides exceptional rigidity and stability. It boasts an overload capacity of 20% beyond the standard model, showcasing its durability.
The spindle, crafted from premium 45# carbon structural steel, undergoes meticulous forging, quenching, and fine grinding, ensuring axial and radial runout precision within 0.01mm. Its thickened design precisely measures workpiece unbalances exceeding 30,000g*cm.
