Vertical balancing machines are now enhanced with our proprietary universal balancing measurement system, integrating all essential functions of leading balancing software in China. The system is designed with an intuitive Chinese menu structure and text-guided operational steps, while larger vertical machines feature software with angle tracking capabilities, enhancing precision.
Harnessing powerful performance, the measurement system rapidly calibrates any workpiece across an extensive speed range starting at 80 rpm. It guarantees swift measurements with stable amplitude and phase, optimizing weight removal, and it offers high sensitivity for impeccably accurate results.
Our software includes a sophisticated allowable unbalance calculator. By inputting the vibration accuracy level, mass, working speed, and workpiece radius, operators can effortlessly calculate the allowable residual unbalance in grams, significantly simplifying the balancing process.
The software is entirely self-developed, offering unparalleled flexibility to modify or enhance it based on specific customer requirements, ensuring every client's needs are met with a tailored solution.

Built with a robust casting base, vertical bracket, spindle seat, and support seat, the equipment offers exceptional rigidity and stability. It features an impressive 20% overload capacity beyond the standard model, demonstrating its durability and reliability.
The spindle, crafted from premium 45# carbon structural steel, undergoes precise forging, quenching, and fine grinding, ensuring axial and radial runout precision within 0.01mm. Its reinforced design effectively measures workpiece unbalances exceeding 30,000g*cm.
Employing a multi-V belt for power transmission ensures smooth, reliable operations with minimal impact on balance measurements, enhancing the machine's overall performance and longevity.
An integrated synchronous rotating dial in the spindle simplifies the unbalance angle identification process, enabling swift and precise adjustments.
