With a user-friendly Chinese menu structure and text-prompted operation steps, our large vertical machines are also equipped with software offering an angle tracking function.
Experience unparalleled performance with our measurement system: it calibrates any workpiece, offers a broad measurement speed range starting at just 80 rpm, and ensures fast, stable, and sensitive detection of unbalance amplitudes and phases with a high weight removal rate.
Our innovative software includes an allowable unbalance calculator. Simply input the allowable vibration accuracy level, mass, working speed, and workpiece radius to instantly calculate the grams of allowable residual unbalance.
Our software is fully self-developed, allowing for modifications and additions in line with customer specifications.
2. Robust Mechanical Part and Control System
Crafted with precision, the equipment features a casting base, vertical bracket, spindle seat, and support seat, ensuring exceptional rigidity and stability. Remarkably, the overload capacity of similar models is increased by 20%.
Constructed from 45# carbon structural steel, the spindle undergoes forging, quenching, and fine grinding, achieving axial and radial runout within 0.01mm. The spindle's thickened design allows accurate measurements even when workpiece unbalance exceeds 30000g*cm.
Reliable power transmission is achieved through a multi-V belt system that runs smoothly without affecting balance measurements.
The spindle includes a synchronous rotating dial to effortlessly identify the unbalance angle.
Featuring a hollow spindle structure, the equipment allows quick workpiece clamping with a pull rod and pneumatic chuck (or tooling), enhancing operational efficiency.
